My Approach
Curiosity
Curiosity is the most empowered way to approach a challenge. Assumptions are left at the door, and your challenges are viewed with fresh eyes. You too will be encouraged to view things through a lens of curiosity.
Compassion
Compassion is powerful. Compassion has the strength to avoid reactivity, and the sturdiness to be vulnerable and gentle. Often we don't relate to ourselves with much compassion, a skill you will likely be challenged to develop.
Lightness
Therapy and self reflection are all serious. But just because something is serious doesn't mean it has to be heavy. Humor, lightness, and play often finds its way into my work. You will be invited to play along.
